We are seeking a seasoned WordPress Lead Architect to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead end-to-end WordPress development projects, guaranteeing high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations.
  • Design and implement bespoke themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions, including headless CMS platforms, based on project requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
