**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for designing functionally beautiful workplace interiors that meet clients' vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Apply outstanding conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D)
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards
  • Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within quality targets
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice
  • Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and Enscape
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
