Job Title: PPC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled digital advertising professional to develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing paid advertising strategies, working closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Client Reporting: Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
  • Experimentation: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • A strategic mindset, thinking beyond click-through rate (CTR) to deep understanding of ROAS, margins, funnel bottlenecks.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
  • Reducing CPA without hurting conversions.
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
