Leadership Role - Fundraising Strategy

The role of a Fundraising Director involves leading the organization's fundraising efforts across various channels. The key responsibility is to develop a 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment and by program.

This includes building relationships with stakeholders, creating donor reporting plans, and securing strategic partnerships. Additionally, the role requires designing multi-year giving vehicles and managing a balanced pipeline of early, mid, and late-stage prospects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in major-gifts and institutional fundraising, as well as experience launching or scaling new initiatives in research, education, skill development, community empowerment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; fundraising certifications are a plus.">
  • At least 8-10 years of direct fundraising experience with a strong understanding of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.">
