At SWASTIK PLACEMENT AGENCY, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs. This may involve posting job advertisements on various platforms, utilizing social media to attract potential candidates, and building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also be required to evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. You will provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a sound understanding of employment laws and regulations and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications in recruitment or human resources are also desirable.
