Software Engineer Position

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in Surat, where you'll be working closely with one of our founders and the Head of Implementation.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative software solutions that directly impact customer success. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, leveraging your technical skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the founding team to tackle complex customer challenges and develop cutting-edge software solutions.
  2. Develop new software solutions from scratch using AI tools and emerging technologies to meet client requirements.
  3. Drive the integration of AI-driven workflow automation into customer business processes.
  4. Implement platform enhancements based on real customer needs while becoming an expert in the Cohesiv platform.
  5. Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time and deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in system architecture, design, and development.
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • CohesivAI Platform: Ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform.
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in software development with a strong technical background.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and techniques.
  • Enterprise software experience, including understanding of system integration and data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies and platforms.
