Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with exceptional organizational and communication skills to support large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

  • This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.
  • A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in the finance and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage large-scale ERP programs, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the finance and supply chain sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, as well as other relevant software applications.
