Key Role: Campaign Developer

Job Description:

The Senior Campaign Developer is a pivotal role within the Marketing Platform team, driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns. This position focuses on streamlining campaign launches, optimizing audience selection, and enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and drive ROI.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ensure thorough understanding of client requirements for successful campaign execution.
  2. Utilize visual aids for comprehensive solution design and audience analysis.
  3. Prepare mock data to facilitate efficient testing processes.
  4. Ensure target audience attributes are well-understood for personalized campaigns.
  5. Prepare estimated audience/segment counts to guide campaign strategy.
  6. Configure metadata for precise campaign tracking and reporting
  7. Implement data flow logic for efficient campaign management.
  8. Develop email templates and content using MARTECH tools.
  9. Construct email content through scripting languages like Ampscript and JavaScript.
  10. Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing of marketing campaigns.
  11. Perform peer reviews to ensure campaign alignment with client requirements.
  12. Build QC/SQL scripts for campaign setup and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in technology with Marketing technologies (AJO, ACC)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with AJO platform and more than 2+ years working on Campaign implementations or manage project
  • Hands-on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage
  • 1+ years of SQL development experience including
  • 1+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
  • Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs
Qualification:

You must have:

  • 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
  • Adobe campaign related certification is required
