Our ideal candidate is someone who can guide and keep a young creative team aligned toward shared goals. This includes planning smarter and further ahead, so campaigns feel cohesive and fresh, and researching trends, competitors, and new formats to keep us ahead of the curve.

The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with design, product, and marketplace teams to ensure every post supports bigger brand and business objectives at our company.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing the monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & beyond, guiding reel ideation, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns, using analytics tools to track whats working (and whats not) and sharing actionable insights, and setting clear goals for the team/department and helping everyone stay focused on achieving them.

The right candidate will be a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and structuring young teams, up to speed with meme culture, reels, influencer strategies & D2C growth tactics, a strong planner, clear communicator, and excited to work onsite from Navi Mumbai (we're open to outstation candidates willing to relocate).
