Job Title: Fine Jewellery Store Manager

Location: Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai

Experience: 5-7 years of experience required for this challenging role.

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site opportunity to manage daily operations, maintain inventory, and lead a team in a dynamic retail environment. The Store Manager will oversee sales transactions, display arrangements, staff training, and overall store aesthetics to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily operations, including maintaining inventory and managing staff performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Providing coaching and guidance to staff members to improve their skills and performance
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects the company's values

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in maintaining fine jewelry and knowledge of industry trends and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
