Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue generation and meet business and sales targets with full accountability for monthly and quarterly forecasting and performance.
  • Drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities, market trends, and industry developments across India.
  • Collaborate closely with Practices and Marketing teams to align sales efforts.
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance visibility and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT sales experience with a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the India market including GICs, Captives, and Enterprises, with a deep understanding of the Indian business landscape and trends.
  • Expertise in account expansion (mining) and new client acquisition with strong forecasting abilities.
  • Strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage in small conversations to establish connections.
  • Familiarity with the evolving tech landscape and market dynamics.
  • Team building and management skills to drive collaboration and performance.
  • Effective planning, active listening, and articulation for success in client interactions and sales negotiations.
