Job Title: Visual Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Visual Project Coordinator to lead our design project teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with proficiency in Wrike, Asana, or Workfront tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications; creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines; allocating tasks to appropriate team members; monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to deadlines; and identifying potential bottlenecks in project workflow.

The successful candidate will also possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools;
  • Design Knowledge: A basic understanding of design principles and processes;
  • Resource Allocation: The ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members;
  • Quality Assurance: Knowledge of design quality standards and the ability to review design deliverables;
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools;
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address issues or bottlenecks in project workflows;
  • Leadership: Leadership qualities to motivate and guide design teams;
  • Teamwork: Collaboration skills to foster a positive team environment;
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure projects stay on schedule;
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements;
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to spot inconsistencies or errors in design work;
  • Conflict Resolution: The ability to resolve conflicts or disagreements within the team or between stakeholders;
  • Creativity: Creativity in finding innovative ways to optimize design workflows and processes;
  • Critical Thinking: The capability to think critically and make informed decisions to improve project efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as Design, Marketing, or Business Administration. They will also have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a design or creative agency setting.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful delivery of design projects on time and within budget;
  • Effective communication and collaboration with design teams, project managers, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders;
  • Implementation of quality control processes to maintain consistency and excellence in design work;
  • Continuously evaluating and refining design workflows and processes for efficiency and productivity.
