Project Manager Role Overview

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a trusted partner, we deliver top-quality outcomes for renowned brands worldwide.

The Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive project management, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines. This role involves leading internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects in line with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations, communication, and delivery on a daily basis.
  • Own the project and its deliverables, ensuring completion and direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimating resources and participants needed, and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, update financial forecasts, and recommend budget changes as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, ensuring clear and consistent communication channels.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria, conduct project post-mortems, and create recommendation reports.
  • Collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.
  • Address blockers with the internal team to keep the project on track.
  • Understand cross-platform/project requirements and dependencies, collaborating with other Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Strong familiarity with project management and release management software.
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive experience with project management practices and tools.
