Explore the opportunity to lead the preparation and prosecution of patents in Noida, India. As a seasoned Patent Drafting Senior Lead, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality patent application drafts in compliance with USPTO, EPO, and PCT rules and requirements.
  • Analyze prior art and invention disclosure documents to evaluate the patentability of inventions.
  • Conduct inventor interviews and/or technical discussions with client IP counsel.
  • Independently prepare and deliver multiple projects in compliance with internal policies and processes.

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a relevant discipline, with experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and client management.

About the Role
  • Strong technical knowledge in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computer Science domains is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal and client management skills are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work on multiple projects and with multiple teams under strict timelines. Familiarity with prosecution experience, 3GPP, SEP, Telecommunication, AI ML is an advantage.
