An IP Administration Role

Description:

The role of an IP Admin Analyst involves processing correspondences from patent offices worldwide and filing documents during the patent life cycle. This is a backend operations position that requires administrative expertise to manage intellectual property.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process information received from patent offices, law firms, agents, and clients into Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS).
  • Route this information to appropriate attorneys or paralegals for action.
  • Contribute to the growth of our team by driving client satisfaction, building capabilities, and fostering learning.
Requirements:

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • Freshers from 2023-24 batch or 1-3 years of experience in Backend Operations.
  • Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in docketing patents may be considered for senior positions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and high concentration and focus.
  • Cultural adaptability and ability to fit into various team environments.
  • Excellent typing speed (45-50 wpm) with 98% accuracy.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
