AI Developer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI developer with 8-10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Python and experienced with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc. Additionally, they will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in design, development, and deployment of conversational bots.

Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana is also required. Furthermore, the candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in DevOps SRE and expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI.

The ideal candidate will be able to integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions. They should also have experience with web services integration, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment, and excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
