Culture and People Enabler
Job Summary:
We seek a proactive HR professional to drive employee initiatives, provide support to employees and managers, and enhance HR programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to ensure equitable treatment of employees and adherence to company policies.
- Balance business needs with employee advocacy and provide consultation on engagement strategies.
- Conduct various initiatives such as Rewards & Recognition, Employee Experience surveys, Townhall, and Engagement activities.
Coaching and Development:
Provide guidance and coaching to business units through continued dialogue with management and employees via 1:1 sessions and Skip level meets.
Performance Management:
- Partner with management to ensure proactive performance management which includes promotions, PIP, and follow-through.
- Manage employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee matters.
HR Operational Activities:
- Provide compensation support including compensation band validation, payroll inputs, and research on external branding.
- Ensure timely functional deliverables, compliance with HR operations, and prepare reports on effectiveness, trends, and future direction.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in proactively taking initiative, prioritizing requests, and working independently.
- Prior experience in driving HR Business Partners and operational activities is an advantage.
