Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Able to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibit optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offer succinct solutions.
  • 4+ years Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.
  • Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers.
