Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Environment Health Safety
">About the Role:
">This is a key leadership position that oversees and directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective safety management systems across project sites.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.">
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and safety training sessions to identify and mitigate potential hazards and improve overall workplace safety.">
- Monitor contractors' safety performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet company safety standards.">
- Report safety metrics and support senior management in achieving HSE goals and objectives.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of project delivery.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).">
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Safety Management, preferably in Data Centers, Hi-tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.">
- Strong recent project experience in safety management, with proven track record of handling safety for large-scale construction projects.">
- Additional safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent) preferred.">
