Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative professional with expertise in graphic design and videography to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design eye-catching creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, emailers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create brand-aligned layouts, infographics, brochures, and promotional assets.
  • Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animations for campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals.

Videography & Video Editing:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and event footage.
  • Edit videos with engaging transitions, text overlays, music, and sound effects.
  • Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts videos) and long-form content for storytelling.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Expertise in video production from planning to final editing.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creativity with strong visual storytelling ability.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with product photography and lighting setups.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
