Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Inventory Coordinator/Analyst. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that our inventory levels meet operational demands.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, vendor or warehouse management
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, stock management and forecasting
  • Experience working in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Proficiency in using ERP tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Support equipment purchases and logistics operations
  2. Coordinate shipments with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  3. Monitor inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand
  4. Provide regular shortages reports on a monthly basis
  5. Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management and distribution
  6. Facilitate the packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for shipment
  7. Work with the procurement team to secure supply availability
  8. Develop and maintain parts lists and replenishment levels
  9. Establish processes for forecast modeling and exception management
  10. Forecast demand and oversee regional allocations
  11. Communicate key inventory information to interested parties
