Senior Operations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Coordinator to provide critical support for our programs and operations across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze them, and develop actionable solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven action plans.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and drive successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles.
  • B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges).
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is an advantage.
