Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with raw data to create actionable insights that drive decisions for both retail and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales trends across various platforms
  • Collect and structure data from multiple sources, including point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management systems, Google Analytics, and social media
  • Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation efforts
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
