Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Complete ownership of product quality ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.
  • Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and raise requirement queries/gaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify data requirements, raise issues/blockers, and ensure follow-up on ETA to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify all 3rd-party dependencies beforehand and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Report bugs and errors in the defect tracking tool, ensuring it follows the defect life cycle, and perform RCA after every release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC/STLC.
  • Mentor and train QA engineers to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Continuously raise the bar and standards of all quality processes with every project.
  • Coordinate activities that enforce quality improvements and resolve conflicts among team members.
  • Set high standards and benchmarks for self and QA team with no compromise on quality.

Requirements:



  • Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, or similar frameworks to streamline testing processes and ensure continuous integration.
  • Extensive experience in conducting sanity, functional, regression, and exploratory testing of windows applications, mobile and web apps, API testing, and hands-on SQL.
  • Experience with LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools to simulate user load and measure system performance under stress.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability from the early stages of development.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to switch projects based on changing priorities in a dynamic, agile software development environment and manage priorities without compromising on quality.
  • Ability to quickly learn new areas, identify and prioritize related testing work.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment.
  • Coordinate with developer, product manager, and other business stakeholders on test case review, identify missing and complex test case scenarios, and proactively resolve queries, issues, and conflicts.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Efficient test execution, publish test report, and coordinate with product/project stakeholders.
  • Developing and establishing QA metrics and testing standards in new applications/products.
  • Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator.
