Job Description

A key role for a CNC Maintenance specialist has become available in Chennai.

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for attending service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak, Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA, etc.

  • To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak, Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA, etc.
  • Knowledge on troubleshooting in CNC HMI screen, Electrical/Electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers, and accessories.
  • Able to read, decode Electrical, NC, and PLC m/c drawings, Ladder, etc.
  • Dismantling and reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is a must.
  • Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying good maintenance standards & practices.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and individual situations.
