Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic visuals of retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating retail, commercial, or interior visualization work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create accurate 3D models in SketchUp with proper materials, lighting, and rendering using V-Ray, Corona, or similar tools.
  • Enhance visuals through Photoshop for client-ready presentations.
  • Work closely with designers and project teams to bring design intent to life.
  • (Optional) Support the development of animated walkthroughs or flythroughs.
  • Maintain organized files and meet project deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in 3D visualization or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail — lighting, materials, proportions, and visual composition.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and respond well to feedback.
Software Proficiency
  • Mandatory: SketchUp, V-Ray or Corona, Photoshop, MS Office.
  • Preferred: AutoCAD, Illustrator, D5, Lumion, Enscape, and other visualization tools.
