Visual Communications Specialist

The individual will be responsible for managing multiple design assignments, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, and contributing to maintaining our agency's visual identity.

  • Meeting deadlines for all projects
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback
  • Active participation in internal brainstorming sessions
  • Utilizing professional editing tools and AI to enhance output
  • Following company processes for efficient delivery
  • Regular reporting to managers
Key Tasks & Activities
  • Graphic Design & Visualization
    • Creating attractive designs based on briefs in a timely manner for social media content and other assets.
    • Working closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and help visualize assets.
    • Tracking turnaround time for all assigned projects; meeting established timelines is mandatory.
    • Improving designs based on feedback and increasing output efficiency.
    • Following company process to deliver design work efficiently.
    • Using professional tools and AI to enhance designs.
  • Moodboard Creation and Visual Tone Setting
    • Setting tone & direction for videos to ensure consistency and direction in video content.
    • Updating editing styles, learning new techniques, and staying current with video trends.
  • Research
    • Staying informed about social media trends, algorithm, and consumer psychology.
    • Continuously researching different editing styles for various brands.
    • Exploring new tools and AI for improvement.
  • Teamwork
    • Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future projects.
    • Being a team player and assisting peers in high-pressure situations.
  • Reporting
    • Providing regular updates to managers.
    • Keeping task lists up-to-date on project management platforms.
