Senior Murex Implementation Specialist

This role involves overseeing the execution of complex Murex implementation projects from an offshore location. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Murex architecture and be able to comprehend end-to-end processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication skills. Experience in team management, risk identification, and issue resolution is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of Murex upgrade programs from an offshore location
  • End-to-end execution of projects, including project initiation, planning, and completion
  • Stakeholder communication and stakeholder management
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and critical path activities
  • Provide status updates to all stakeholders
  • Manage people and resources, setting up governance structures

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Murex implementations
  • 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management
  • Strong understanding of Murex Architecture & ability to comprehend end-to-end processes
  • Subject Matter Expertise in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Offshore delivery Management experience and Team Management experience
