We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 2coms in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Our client is a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing company that operates in various business verticals, including financial services and cloud kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's products and services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, with knowledge of Kannada and Telegu being advantageous.
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
