Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 2coms in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's products and services.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, with knowledge of Kannada and Telegu being advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
