About the Role:

As a seasoned Full Cycle Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our engineering roles. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting recruitment targets, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise and contribute to the growth of our global staff augmentation firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source, screen, and select high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups
  • Negotiate salary ranges and benefits packages
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered
