Key Responsibilities- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Manage and operate Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Ensure security and privacy compliance using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365.
- Secure end-user computing systems like laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Implement endpoint security solutions such as antivirus/anti-malware, firewall, and DLP.
- Service Health and Security Monitoring
- Monitor service health and security using the Microsoft 365 console.
- Review and respond to system/security alerts and notifications.
- Representative Role
- Represent IT operations in internal and external compliance audits.
- Documentation and Maintenance
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of IT SOPs, policies, and standards.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in an enterprise cloud/IT environment.
- Experience in managing Azure IaaS platforms, Microsoft Defender systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly.
- A team worker with a desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Able to rapidly master new technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
