Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
  • Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
  • Ability to work on at least two end-to-end HFM/FCCS implementations
  • Experience in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with clients and teams
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and assignments
  • Ability to work on Reporting – Management and Narrative Reporting
  • Ability to work on integrations and automations
  • Ability to adopt new technologies
  • Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning is a plus
