CNH Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to lead our supplier quality function in the development of plastics processing technologies.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical processes, including injection molding, roto molding, and blow molding, as well as experience in tooling, fixtures concept review, and plastics testing.
You will work closely with our global commodity buying and engineering teams to conclude design reviews, technical feasibility assessments, and development plans.
Additionally, you will conduct potential supplier assessment audits, process audits, and special process audits at current and new suppliers.
Key Performance Indicators include achieving key project milestones, maintaining all deliverables of DR/TR conclusion, QRAs, program reviews, PPAP approvals, and PIR resolution.
This role requires a high level of internal networking and relationship-building with suppliers to manage and streamline activities in this area.
