Employment Based Immigration Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Immigration Professional to join our team. At Path Law Group, we specialize in employment-based immigration law services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review high-volume NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B petitions
  • Manage a large caseload independently while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process
  • Provide timely updates to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of State
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and deadlines
  • Demonstrate strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and identify and rectify delays in the process
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct consistent case tracking and management

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A minimum of three years' experience in immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is advantageous.
