Financial Manager Position

Key responsibilities of the Financial Manager role include ensuring timely month-end and year-end General Ledger (GL) closing activities, consolidating financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP, performing inter company reconciliations and eliminating intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines, process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.

Additionally, the Financial Manager will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual financial results and providing commentary.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance. Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis is also desirable.
