Job Title: SAP BTP Technical Leader

As a seasoned professional, you will lead high-performing teams in designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations. You will partner with stakeholders, guide delivery, and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the development team to achieve project goals.
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • BUILD CUSTOMIZED SAP BTP APPS AND INTEGRATIONS ACROSS SAP AND NON-SAP ENVIRONMENTS.
  • Design integration patterns and develop secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, and development tools like Cloud Foundry and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Leadership experience with customer handling roles.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Consulting experience with effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team.
