IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across various systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

This role requires a skilled professional with strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs.
  • Knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.
