Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to oversee all financial operations, working closely with the founding team to shape the financial future of a high-potential brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory compliances.
  • Oversee due diligence processes for fund raising and investor audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and track revenue and expenses.
  • Set up accounting processes and manage external vendors (auditors, etc.).
  • Monitor working capital, inventory cycles, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare board decks and investor presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA), prior experience with a D2C or consumer startup is mandatory. Strong understanding of GST, financial audits, and due diligence is required. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
