Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit rating team, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of companies and assessing their creditworthiness.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background from a top-tier business school and at least 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  • They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze company financials, including past performance, benchmarking against peers, and projecting future performance.
  2. Conduct rigorous credit risk analysis, encompassing industry research and financial analysis of large corporates.
  3. Prepare rating reports that clearly articulate the reasoning behind the rating.
  4. Maintain high-quality analytics and presentations, adhering to strict timelines.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, discussing ratings with key management personnel, and communicating final decisions.
  6. Present findings to the Rating Committee, addressing questions and providing clarifications in support of the rating recommendation.
  7. Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay updated on market trends.
  8. Engage in franchise building activities and client stakeholder management.
