Targets through Assigned Branches

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting pre-set business targets related to ANP, case count, active branches, active sales staff, and various KPIs for branch banking and cards vertical.
  • Collaborating with branch managers on business strategies and implementation plans.
  • Regularly visiting allocated branches to supervise processes and operations.
  • Interacting with Relationship Managers to achieve required sales targets.
  • Providing training to Relationship Managers in presentation and selling skills.
  • Conducting joint sales calls with the sales team for high-value clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank managers to ensure business objectives are met.

Training of the Sales Team

Your role will also involve:

  • Training Relationship Managers and frontline staff on products, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations.
  • Conducting sessions on product pitching and query handling for Relationship Managers.

Monitoring Sales & Providing Support

In this capacity, you will:

  • Analyze the productivity of Relationship Managers to ensure they meet expectations, suggesting developmental changes as necessary.
  • Ensure that high performers are recognized and motivated.
  • Maintain and observe the company's internal controls and standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues related to policy issuance.
