We're looking for a dynamic graphic designer who can captivate audiences with attention-grabbing graphics and communicate the right message. Your goal will be to attract the target audience by translating requirements into engaging designs. The ideal candidate will conceptualize creative designs for various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on mentioned requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and generate ideas & concepts that are clear, communicative, and engaging.
  • Design on-brand social media creatives, decks, guides, print collateral, landing pages, and other designs as per requirements with utmost brand consistency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements:

  • ~ 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring creative and design skills.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing their skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Figma.
  • Good communication skills and a solid grasp of design knowledge.
  • A design degree is an added bonus.

Must-Haves:

  • Knowledge of Design Principles.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Webflow.
