Project Manager - eLearning Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with global clients, oversee project planning and delivery, and ensure projects meet client goals, quality, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
  • Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear feedback to team members and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities
