About this exciting role:

This is a pivotal position within the Hotel Supply Strategy team, driving innovation and analytics initiatives to fuel growth and performance across hotels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of analytics tools across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics, rolling out advanced analytics solutions, and delivering actionable insights using data visualization.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.

  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and revenue.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
