Desktop Application Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled developer to design, develop, and maintain WPF desktop applications using C# and .NET.

  • Implement user interface components using XAML and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) design patterns to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness by leveraging best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle, utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends, applying knowledge to drive business growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software development with a focus on C# and WPF.
  • Strong knowledge of MVVM, XAML, and data binding.
  • Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/5/6+.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  • Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing.
  • Good understanding of version control systems like Git or TFS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with third-party WPF libraries (e.g., Telerik, Dev Express).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
