Job Description

A results-driven software engineer with 25 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Windows desktop and web applications using the .NET framework. Demonstrates strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems, collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers for issue resolution, and actively pursues continuous technical growth. Operates with limited supervision and contributes to high-quality software delivery in alignment with project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support software modules in the assigned domain (.NET-based applications).
- Ensure timely delivery of work products while maintaining quality and productivity targets.
- Adhere to project guidelines, coding checklists, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with customers and interfacing teams to clarify technical issues and address queries.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports with the project team.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical training, and team capability development.
- Consistently seek opportunities for self-improvement through training, certifications, and technical assessments.

Education & Experience

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
- Experience: 25 years in .NET application development

Core Competencies

- Proficient in Windows and Web Application Development using .NET 3.x/4.x
- Practical experience with design, customization, maintenance, and bug fixing
- Sound knowledge of:
- WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
- WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- UML Modeling
- Design Patterns

Technical Skills
