Job Opportunity: Senior Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer

As a Senior Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer, you will be accountable for making technical decisions regarding aerospace product development on EMI/EMC Design and qualification as per applicable standards. Your responsibilities will include designing architectures, high-level and detailed designs to meet the stringent EMI/C requirements as per product standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and suggest suitable grounding schemes, enclosure designs, and shielding designs to meet Aerospace EMI/C Requirements.
  • Work as an interface between design teams and Honeywell Technology Chief Engineers/Fellows/Subject Matter Experts to influence technical decisions.
  • Analyze and identify root causes of problems and provide effective solutions for complex issues working with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with hands-on experience in EMI/EMC Design, Simulation, Analysis, and Qualification tests to meet the highest Design Assurance levels (DAL) as per DO-160/MIL-461 standards and any other applicable standards.

Bachelor's Degree Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

A strong communicator with the ability to visualize solutions and generate innovative ideas is required.
