We are seeking a researcher to join our team in exploring the intersection of cognitive systems and human-AI collaboration.

About the Role
  • This position will focus on advancing our understanding of how artificial intelligence can augment human cognition, neuroplasticity, and learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will conduct original research on neuroplasticity, cognition, and AI-driven learning systems.
  • They will design and execute experiments, cognitive models, and AI-based solutions to improve human performance.
  • Publishing in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and presenting at global conferences is also expected.
  • The candidate will collaborate with faculty across psychology, AI, and education departments.
  • Supporting international grant proposals and cross-institutional collaborations is a key aspect of this role.
  • Mentoring graduate and doctoral students in related research domains is also an important responsibility.
Qualifications
  • A PhD (or nearing completion) in Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
  • Strong publication records in recognized journals are essential.
  • Experience with neurocognitive research tools and machine learning frameworks is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary research projects is highly valued.
