Job Description:

As a research-driven scientific expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our AI training and model evaluation initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for highly analytical and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for research and critical thinking. You will be responsible for creating high-quality scientific content and datasets to train or evaluate AI systems, as well as performing quality assurance on model-generated outputs for scientific accuracy and clarity.

In addition, you will analyze and interpret AI behavior in domain-specific tasks and error patterns, and support the development of guidelines for scientific content generation and annotation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • PhD in Chemistry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world datasets and AI systems
  • Familiarity with scientific writing standards and peer-reviewed publishing
  • Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate scientific content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
