Oben is creating India's most exciting electric motorcycle brand. We're bold, urban, and performance-first. Our flagship, the Rorr EZ, is made for city riders who demand style, power, and presence.

We're looking for a designer who brings energy to our social and brand marketing. Someone who knows good design and can move faster and smarter using AI. If you explore what Midjourney can do before lunch and export an After Effects reel before coffee, read on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create immersive designs for Oben's social media - Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X
  • Design full-funnel brand marketing assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, offline activations, digital ads, and emailers
  • Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or ChatGPT to explore ideas, generate visual directions, iterate faster, and experiment more boldly
  • Collaborate with content, video, and performance teams to create cohesive stories with high visual impact
  • Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity from templates to typography, color to motion
  • Bring motion into your work with basic animation, transitions, or direction for video editors
  • Use AI as a creativity multiplier concept exploration, mockups, and sometimes just breaking out of a creative block
  • Keep an eye on visual, automotive, and social trends, especially in the EV, mobility, and creator economy space
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand or social media design roles
  • A strong portfolio across digital design and motion graphics — Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn especially
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) plus a working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo, etc.)
  • Visual taste that's bold, modern, and city-smart
  • Someone who's hands-on, self-driven, and excited to push both design and tech boundaries
  • Bonus: You ride, you sketch bikes for fun, or you've built something cool using AI recently — tell us about it
