E-commerce Advertising Expert

Cosmos Joy is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Advertising Expert to develop and implement effective advertising strategies across Google and Meta platforms, driving sales and improving ROI.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), specifically in e-commerce. As an E-commerce Advertising Expert, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver measurable results and maximize ROI.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for performance and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI across various Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
- Implement best practices for account structure, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
Meta Ads Management:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Create and test audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and copy to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and others.
Google Analytics Expertise:
- Analyze campaign data and track performance metrics in Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Create detailed performance reports to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Google Analytics for tracking and attributing sales and conversions across platforms.
Building Effective Ad Campaigns and Sales Strategies:
- Design and execute sales-driven ad strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Work with the team to create promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
- Develop customer journey strategies using advanced targeting techniques to convert leads into customers.
Collaboration with E-commerce Teams:
- Collaborate with e-commerce product teams to ensure that ad creatives and messaging align with product offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning, promotions, and pricing based on ad performance.
Continuous Optimization & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly, identifying areas for optimization.
- Keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising, particularly for e-commerce brands, to ensure best practices and cutting-edge strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Skill:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to create and execute effective e-commerce ad strategies to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization techniques.
